JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone sharp who can research potential clients AND help move them through our sales process. This is a hybrid role — part research, part outreach, all remote.
What you'll be doing:
— Research companies that match our ideal client profile using online tools
— Identify the right decision-makers and gather key info
— Help craft personalized outreach messages
— Manage prospect data in our CRM
— Support the sales team with follow-ups and pipeline management
Who we're looking for:
— Someone who's done lead research, lead gen, or virtual assistant work in a sales environment
— Strong Googling and research skills (you know how to dig)
— Solid written English
— Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms is a big plus
— Organized, fast learner, takes initiative
Compensation starts at $1,200/mo and scales quickly based on output. We've had tea ---------- mbers go from $1,200 to $1,800 in under 3 months. We value people who take ownership.
