Green Frog Cleaning is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving customers in California, USA. We are looking for a high-performing phone sales representative to help convert inbound leads into booked appointments.
This is a long-term full-time position with growth opportunities for strong performers.

Work Schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (USA)
• Sunday off + one weekday off
• 40 hours per week
Compensation
• $900 – $1,300 USD base per month base salary + Commission
• Commission for booked appointments and conversions

What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility is to convert incoming leads into booked cleaning appointments.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer inbound calls from potential customers
• Call back new leads quickly and follow up with interested prospects
• Handle outbound follow-up calls to convert und
• Close sales on the phone and schedule appointments
• Send follow-up messages via SMS or
• Provide basic customer service and scheduling support
• Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM system
• Work with the team to ensure every lead receives prompt follow-up
Tools You Will Use

• Keap (CRM)
• JustCall (phone system)
• Missive (team inbox)
• LillyPad scheduling platform (proprietary)
• Google Sheets / Excel
• WayWeDo (process documentation)
Training will be provided.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in phone sales or customer service with sales responsibilities
• Comfortable closing sales on the phone
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral or clear English accent preferred
• Experience working with US customers strongly preferred
• Humble and able to follow instructions, systems, and processes
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
