Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will use ---------- to research prospects, make outbound cold calls, and set appointments for our sales representatives. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with decision-makers across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Use ---------- to complete cold calling tasks
• Make outbound cold calls to business owners, office managers, IT managers, and key decision-makers (approximately 4 hours daily).
• Present TUI Total Solutions’ services including business copiers/printers, VOIP phone systems, and security camera solutions.
• Qualify leads by finding out if they are the person in charge of managing their companies office equipment
• Find out when their current agreement is expriring
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and update CRM records accurately.
• Follow up on previous contacts via phone or email to nurture interest.
• Track daily call metrics and report results to management.

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm EST

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English.
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (B2B experience preferred).
• Familiarity with ---------- or similar lead generation and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Audio headset equipment for clear audio

• Knowledge of business technology solutions (printers, VOIP systems, or security systems).
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.

Compensation
• $4.5 per Hour (to be discussed during interview).
• Performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and conversions. ($15 bonus per meeting held)

Pay / Compensation:
$500-$700 per month
($400 base salary + $20+ bonus per meeting)
