Customer Activation + Onboarding Specialist (Outbound Calls) — US Roofing (Remote)
ABOUT BID MAILERS
Bid Mailers helps roofing companies generate inbound leads by mailing custom, address-specific roofing estimates to the exact homes they choose using our mobile app.
ROLE SUMMARY
You’ll contact roofing companies who created an account but never placed an order, restart the conversation, and guide them through onboarding. The most common sticking point is completing the onboarding questionnaire, so you’ll help them move past that and become active customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Call US-based roofing companies that signed up but didn’t order
* Diagnose where they got stuck and provide clear next steps
* Send follow-ups via
* Answer common product/onboarding questions
* Log activity and notes in our internal CRM
* Share a simple daily activity report (calls placed, follow-ups sent, reactivations)
* Communicate daily with the owners of the company
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer activation
* Strong spoken and written English (American)
* Comfortable calling US business owners
* Organized follow-up habits and consistent CRM usage
* Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a headset

6. Reliability: How long were you in your last two remote roles, and why did you leave each? (months + reason)
7. Tech setup: Confirm you have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset. Include your internet speed (download/upload).
8. Compensation: What monthly pay range are you looking for (USD)? Include any bonus expectations.
