We’re a U.S based credit repair company seeking for a Client Manager to join our remote team.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will handle inquiries, provide service information, conduct initial eligibility screenings, send contracts, and guide clients through the onboarding process.
This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and experienced in sales conversations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with a proven record of closing deals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, responsive, and client-focused
Comfortable with—or eager to learn—sales and client management
Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred
Quiet work environment & stable internet
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
