JOB OVERVIEW

CREDIT REPAIR & FUNDING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Credit Repair & Funding Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, consultations, follow-ups, and enrollments.

This is NOT an entry-level sales position.

You must already understand credit repair, personal credit, business credit, and funding well enough to confidently answer client questions without guessing or giving misleading information.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate must:

Have proven sales/closing experience.
Be highly knowledgeable about credit repair and funding.
Understand credit reports, utilization, inquiries, collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, bankruptcies, credit-building strategies, and general funding qualifications.
Understand the difference between personal credit, business credit, personal funding, and business funding.
Be comfortable discussing credit profiles and identifying potential obstacles to funding.
Be able to clearly explain services without making false guarantees or promises.
Speak clear, professional, fluent English.
Be comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients by phone, video, text, and CRM.
Be available to work during U.S. business hours.
Be organized and consistent with lead follow-up.
Be comfortable working inside a CRM and documenting every client interaction.
Be coachable and able to follow scripts, processes, and instructions.
Have reliable high-speed internet, a professional work environment, and a quality headset/computer.
Be comfortable being measured by KPIs and sales performance.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain a 60%+ close rate on qualified sales opportunities once trained on our offer and process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for communicating with incoming prospects, understanding their goals, identifying the appropriate service, answering questions, overcoming objections, following up with leads, and closing qualified prospects.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate CRM notes, update lead stages, complete scheduled follow-ups, and communicate with management regarding leads that require additional assistance.

Professionalism is extremely important. Clients should never feel pressured, misled, or promised a specific credit-score increase, deletion, funding amount, or approval that cannot be guaranteed.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS — READ CAREFULLY

Following instructions is the FIRST part of your interview.

Applications that are incomplete, generic, AI-generated without personalization, or do not follow the instructions below may not move forward.

STEP 1 — INTRODUCTION

At the top of your application, write:

“I READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.”

Then provide:

Your full name
Country/time zone
Years of sales experience
Years of credit repair experience
Years of funding experience
Previous sales positions
Average closing rate
Highest documented closing rate
CRM systems you’ve used
Earliest date you can start

STEP 2 — VIDEO SUBMISSION

Submit a 2–4 minute video introducing yourself.

Do NOT simply read a prepared résumé.

In the video:

Introduce yourself.
Explain your experience selling credit repair and/or funding.
Explain how you would speak with a prospect who has poor credit but wants $50,000 in funding.
Pretend I am a prospect and give me a 30–60 second sales pitch for a credit repair consultation.
Answer this objection:

“I’ve paid another credit repair company before and nothing happened. Why should I trust your company?”

Your video will be evaluated for English proficiency, communication, confidence, professionalism, sales ability, objection handling, and credit/funding knowledge.

Applications submitted without the video will not proceed.

STEP 3 — KNOWLEDGE TEST

Answer these questions in your own words:

1. A client has a 625 credit score, 82% utilization, four recent inquiries, two collections, and wants $50,000 in personal funding. How would you handle this client?

2. Explain the difference between a hard inquiry and a soft inquiry.

3. Why does credit utilization matter when preparing someone for funding?

4. What factors would you review before telling someone they may be ready to apply for funding?

5. Explain the difference between personal credit and business credit.

6. A prospect says, “I only care about my credit score.” Explain why the score alone may not determine whether someone receives funding.

7. A client asks, “Can you guarantee that I’ll get $100,000?” How would you respond?

8. Explain how you would handle a client with collections, charge-offs, late payments, and high utilization.

STEP 4 — SALES TEST

Respond to the following scenario as if you were actually speaking to the prospect:

Prospect:
“My credit is around 580. I need funding for my business, but I don’t want to spend money fixing my credit. Can you just get me the funding?”

Write exactly how you would respond.

Then answer:

What questions would you ask this prospect before recommending a service?

STEP 5 — FOLLOW-UP TEST

Imagine you completed a consultation yesterday. The prospect was interested but said:

“Let me think about it.”

Write the follow-up message you would send today.

Then write a second follow-up you would send if the prospect still hasn’t responded after several days.

STEP 6 — SALES PERFORMANCE

Provide your sales numbers from your most recent relevant position:

Calls/consultations handled per week:
Average sales per week:
Average close rate:
Average ticket price:
Highest month in sales:
Inbound, outbound, or both:

If possible, provide verifiable proof of previous sales performance with sensitive client information removed.

Do not fabricate numbers. References or previous performance may be verified.

FINAL INSTRUCTION

At the very bottom of your application, write:

“DETAILS MATTER — APPLICATION COMPLETE.”

Do not place this sentence anywhere else.

Applicants who skip required steps, fail to submit the video, or fail to follow the requested format may not advance to an interview.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening may be invited to a live interview and mock sales call.

During the mock call, you may be given a credit/funding scenario without advance notice. You will be expected to:

Conduct discovery.
Identify the client’s primary problem.
Ask appropriate qualifying questions.
Explain the appropriate service.
Handle objections.
Ask for the sale.
Explain the next steps professionally.

We are looking for someone who can educate, communicate, follow up, and CLOSE — while maintaining professionalism and never misleading a client.

If you’re experienced, confident in your knowledge, and capable of producing results, we want to hear.
