JOB OVERVIEW

Touch of Europe Cleaning Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who has a proven track record in sales, understands effective sales techniques, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You must have experience working with a cleaning service.

Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Present and promote our residential and commercial cleaning services.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare proposals and service agreements.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience (service industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
