JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, energetic Sales Representative to speak with customers in the United States over the phone.

The #1 requirement for this position is spoken English. You must have an extremely clear, natural, neutral American accent and be comfortable speaking with U.S. customers all day.

This is a phone-based sales position, so strong communication skills are more important to us than your resume or education.

What you'll be doing:

-Making and receiving calls with U.S. customers
-Following up with leads who have requested information about our services
-Answering customer questions
-Providing pricing/quotes
-Following up with customers who haven't booked
-Closing leads and scheduling jobs
-Updating customer information in our CRM

Requirements:

-Excellent spoken English
-Neutral/American-sounding accent
-Confident and natural conversational ability
-Comfortable selling over the phone
-Reliable computer and high-speed internet
-Quiet work environment
-Reliable headset/microphone
-Able to work U.S. business hours
-Coachable and willing to follow our sales process

Pay: $4 USD/hour + performance bonuses
Hours: 40 hours per week
Long-term position with opportunity to earn more based on performance.
