About DYC
DYC (Design Your Caps) is a global custom headwear manufacturer partnering with brands, businesses, and creatives worldwide. We produce high-quality custom caps and build long-term client relationships across international markets. As we grow, we're looking for a sharp, self-sufficient sales representative to join our team.

Who We're Looking For
This role is for someone who is genuinely tech-savvy and takes initiative. You'll be working remotely and independently, so you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, not the kind who needs hand-holding for basic tasks.

You must be comfortable with:
• Using a PC/laptop confidently for day-to-day work
• Tools like, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and standard sales platforms, such as HubSpot or other CRM
• Saving, organising, and sending files and images without assistance
• Troubleshooting minor tech issues on your own
• Working under a time-tracking system (TRAQ) — all hours are logged and paid through this platform. If you're not comfortable being tracked, this role isn't for you.

Key Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available to work US-based night shift hours
• Own laptop and stable internet connection (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service
• Confident making outbound calls and speaking with clients
• Reliable, consistent, and a strong team player

What You'll Be Doing
• Responding to inbound client enquiries promptly and professionally
• Making outbound cold and warm calls to prospective and existing clients
• Sending targeted email outreach to both hot and cold leads
• Identifying and researching key decision-makers within target companies
• Keeping accurate records of all calls, outreach, and communications
• Collaborating with the sales team to hit targets and drive growth

Compensation
• USD $4 per hour, paid on tracked hours
• Full-time with long-term stability
