About the Role
Core Mind Technology is hiring a Sales Representative (Closer / Sales Associate) to support inbound and outbound sales efforts across our marketing agency and related brands. This role focuses on handling qualified sales conversations, running discovery and closing calls, and moving opportunities through the pipeline with strong follow-through and documentation.
This position is ideal for a confident communicator who is comfortable leading sales conversations, qualifying prospects, and closing deals while working closely with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Handle inbound sales calls and follow up with warm and qualified leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting when needed via calls, email, and social follow-ups
- Schedule, confirm, and run discovery and sales calls
- Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, timeline, and decision-makers
- Clearly explain service offerings and value propositions
- Address objections and guide prospects toward close

Pipeline & Process Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handoff to onboarding or fulfillment teams
- Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure proposals are created and delivered
- Follow the established sales process consistently

Collaboration & Communication
- Attend required sales meetings and scheduled sales calls
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers on active deals and next steps
- Work with the retention and renewals workflow team to support long-term client success
- Ask for support or guidance from leadership as needed

Performance Expectations based off 20 call per week
Weeks 1 and 2:
- Learn the offer assigned and perfect your sales flow
- Target at least 60% advance to a second call if not closed
- Target 2 total closed deals in your first 2 weeks
- Performance below expectations will be supported with coaching, call reviews, and process adjustments

Weeks 3 and 4:
- Target at least 70% advance to a second call if not closed
- Target at least 2 closed deals per week (4 total)
- Learn a new offer after 20% close ratio is maintained for 2 weeks
- Performance below expectations will be supported with coaching, call reviews, and process adjustments

Weeks 5 through 8:
- Target 80% advance to a second call if not closed
- Target 3 - 5 closed deals per week
- Learn a new offer after 20% close ratio is maintained for 2 weeks on all offers trained on
- Performance below expectations will be supported with coaching, call reviews, and process adjustments

Weeks 9 through 12:
- Target 80% advance to a second call if not closed
- Target 3 - 5 total closed deals
- Learn a new offer after 20% close ratio is maintained for 2 weeks on all offers trained on
- Work with leadership to funnel the offers with higher close ratio to applicable tea ---------- mbers.
- Performance below expectations will be supported with coaching, call reviews, and process adjustments

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hight ticket sales, closing, appointment setting, or client acquisition
- Strong phone and zoom presence and confidence leading sales conversations
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
- Ability to quickly learn offers and communicate value clearly
- Comfortable suggested improvements to leadership to improve processes
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have
- Experience selling marketing services, AI systems, consulting services, and Software
- Familiarity with Close CRM, Slack, Notion, and Asana
- Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, calendars, and basic reporting

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: Up to $400 monthly salary (paid for completing required daily, weekly and monthly SR duties and follow up activities) {SRs who fail to complete 3 weeks of tasks and requirements will not qualify for base pay}
- Paid Time off for all 18 Philippines Holidays (If all SDI activities are completed or on track)
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (If all SDI activities are on track, completed or able to be reassigned) {Unless Abused}

Commissions Offerings
- 10% on first month revenue closed and 3% on first months two through six of revenue collected (if client is retained)

Performance Bonus Opportunities:
- Bonuses based on retention of closed sales
- Bonuses based off number of close sales per month
