ROLE SUMMARY
Inspyre Funding helps small business owners get access to responsible funding through our network of lenders.
We are seeking a Sales Representative who can handle inbound calls from borrowers, follow up on applications, and conduct scheduled discovery calls.
You will be the voice of Inspyre Funding for US small business owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Calls & Lead Qualification
Answer calls from business owners who need funding.
Follow a script to pre-qualify clients (revenue, time in business, credit profile).
Explain loan options (lines of credit, term loans, MCA alternatives).
Assist clients in filling out forms or scheduling appointments.
Outbound Follow-Up
Call leads who filled out our website forms.
Remind clients to upload documents.
Follow up on missed appointments or incomplete applications.
Sales & Customer Experience
Conduct discovery calls to understand borrower needs.
Position Inspyre Funding’s lending partners and solutions clearly.
Build trust and provide excellent communication.
Coordinate with underwriting or operations teams.
CRM & Admin Tasks
Update Zoho CRM notes after each call.
Track lead statuses and follow cadence rules.
Prepare daily activity reports.
Maintain high responsiveness.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent spoken English — neutral or US-friendly accent
Previous sales or customer service experience
Experience in US shift required
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow scripts and improve them
Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho is a plus)
