Cyber Security Resource is a growing cybersecurity services firm helping healthcare SaaS, med-tech, and health IT companies reduce risk, meet compliance requirements, and strengthen their security posture. We specialize in risk assessments, vulnerability management, and managed security services.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with inbound and outbound leads, book qualified meetings, and support our sales pipeline.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will be responsible for engaging leads generated through cold
This role is critical to driving revenue growth and requires strong communication, persistence, and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to leads generated from:
Cold
LinkedIn outreach (Ottomatey platform)
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry, role, need, timing)
Book discovery calls and meetings for the CEO/sales team
Conduct structured follow-ups via
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
Track conversations and ensure consistent pipeline movement
Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads using follow-up sequences
Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or lead generation specialist
Strong written English communication skills (very important)
Experience with cold outreach and follow-ups
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and
Ability to handle multiple conversations and stay organized
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
Experience using tools like:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Outreach automation tools (like Ottomatey or similar)
Email
CRM systems (GHL)
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of meetings booked per week
Response time to inbound leads
Follow-up consistency and conversion rates
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
