JOB OVERVIEW

Savage Offroad is an Australian 4WD accessories company based in Brisbane. We specialise in accessories for GWM, Tank, BYD and other new-generation vehicles, selling online across Australia.

We are looking for a full time remote Sales Representative to join our team. Our best salesperson is a former mechanic from the Philippines, and his hands-on product knowledge is exactly why he's great. We're looking for another person with the same background.

THE ROLE
Responding to sales enquiries via email, chat and phone
Helping customers choose the right accessories for their vehicle
Preparing quotes and following up leads
Processing orders in Shopify
Supporting customers after purchase

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Automotive background strongly preferred. Ex-mechanics, auto parts salespeople, or anyone who has worked hands-on with vehicles
Genuinely into cars. 4WDs, modifications, suspension, accessories
Knowledge of automotive parts, ideally suspension or 4WD accessories
Previous sales or customer service experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
Available to work Australian business hours (AEST)
