JOB OVERVIEW

# Remote Sales Representative – Part-Time

We are seeking a confident, dependable, and results-driven Sales Representative to help generate new customers for our growing U.S.-based companies.

This is a long-term remote position for someone who is comfortable communicating with American customers, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.

## Responsibilities

* Contact prospective customers by phone, email, text, and social media
* Respond quickly to incoming leads
* Follow up consistently with previous inquiries and estimates
* Explain our products and services clearly
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments
* Maintain accurate customer notes in our CRM or tracking sheet
* Meet weekly call, follow-up, appointment, and sales goals
* Submit an end-of-shift activity report
* Participate in sales training and team meetings

## Qualifications

* At least one year of sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or customer-service experience
* Strong spoken and written English
* Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers
* Confident asking questions, handling objections, and closing sales
* Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
* Quiet and professional home workspace
* Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
* Able to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
* Experience with CRM software, Google Workspace, and social media is preferred

## Work Schedule

* Part-time: 20 hours per week
* Four hours per day, Monday through Friday
* Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
* Long-term opportunity with the potential for additional hours

## Performance Expectations

Your performance will be measured using:

* Outbound calls and messages completed
* Leads contacted
* Follow-ups completed
* Appointments scheduled
* Sales closed
* Revenue generated
* Accuracy of daily reports
