About Us:
At Action Auto Utah, we’re a fast-growing used car dealership based in Utah, USA. Our team is passionate about helping people find the right vehicle while maintaining a smooth and honest buying experience. We’re currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re great at communication, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

-Respond to leads and inquiries via phone, text, and chat.
-Provide accurate vehicle information and assist with customer questions.
-Schedule appointments and coordinate with our in-house team.
-Maintain CRM records and track lead follow-ups.
-Deliver professional, friendly customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

-Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
-Background in customer service or sales preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Experience using Google Workspace and CRM tools (a plus).
-Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setup.
-Available to work full-time during US business hours (MDT).
