JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter / Sales Caller (Cold Leads – Home Improvement)

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Schedule: Full Time (40 hours a week)

Compensation:

$400/month base
$10 per appointment that shows
$50 per closed sale from your appointment
Expected earnings: $1,000+/month minimum

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong phone salesperson, with strong outbound calling

You will be calling older leads (up to 30 days old) who previously inquired about our services. These are not fresh leads — your job is to re-engage, handle objections, and confidently move them to an appointment.

This role requires real sales ability, not just reading a script.

Responsibilities
Call and text 30-day aged leads
Make 500–600 calls per day on a dialer
Re-engage and convert older inquiries into booked appointments
Overcome objections and control the conversation
Follow up consistently via phone and text
Update notes and appointments in CRM
Consistently hit 1+ appointment per day

Dialer + texting system provided

Requirements
Strong spoken English
Proven sales or outbound calling experience
Comfortable handling objections and “not interested” responses
Not afraid of high call volume (100–200 calls/day)
Able to re-open conversations and create urgency
Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Consistent daily activity and follow-up
Ability to turn “cold/warm” leads into real opportunities
