A Virtual Assistant Sales Representative is a remote professional responsible for contacting and engaging with warm leads that have already expressed interest in a company’s products or services. The primary goal of this role is to follow up with potential customers, build rapport, answer questions, and help guide prospects through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the company via phone calls.
Qualify prospects by confirming interest, needs, and readiness to purchase.
Clearly explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Schedule appointments, consultations, or demos when needed.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads who require additional information before making a decision.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive communication style.
Meet daily or weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.
Basic experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or call tracking tools.
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
