JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop overseas markets to complete sales tasks, through FB, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media platform tools to deeply explore and screen potential customers, accurately locate target customers, and do a good job of landing conversion;
2. Contact customers through email, Skype, WhatsApp, etc., and independently develop and receive customers through email, phone, and timely messages;
3. Provide product and logistics quotations, follow up on order processing, and guide customers in using the system for process processing.
4. According to the company's sales goals and strategies, actively expand customer resources through various channels (such as Facebook, Google, forums, etc.) and promote the company's products;
5. Responsible for activating potential customers assigned by the company, actively following up on customer inquiries, integrating customer needs, and formulating comprehensive service strategies for customers;
6. Responsible for customer business coordination, formulating sales solutions, coordinating and solving abnormal problems that occur during the execution of customers or orders;
3. Track and develop new and old customers, serve and maintain new and old customers, establish customer files, and actively seek new sales growth points;
4. Collect competitor information and analyze it to develop and establish new information channels;
5. Timely follow up and handle all matters related to the order, and do a good job in proofing, accepting orders, arranging production, shipping, document making, and collection of payments.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong English reading and writing skills, able to communicate with foreign customers skillfully by email, fluent in spoken English, able to independently communicate with customers through voice calls, video calls, etc.
More than 1 year of foreign trade sales experience, familiar with self-developed customer methods such as FB, Google, social media, etc., with independent customer development experience.
3. Familiar with overseas business processes and successful experience in overseas market development;
4. Confident, cheerful, passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, stress-resistant, and team-oriented.
Salary and benefits: base salary + commission + performance bonus.
Training: Implement 1-on-1 professional guidance.
Promotion Channel: Foreign Trade Business -- > Team Leader -- > Supervisor
