We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial cleaning company. This individual will play a critical role in growing our client base by identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls daily to potential commercial clients to identify sales opportunities.
Prospecting: Research and build a pipeline of potential clients in target markets such as offices, medical facilities, schools, retail, and industrial buildings.
Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct sales meetings (virtual or in-person) to present service offerings and value propositions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotes and proposals; negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
CRM Management: Record all interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in the company's CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
