Sales Recruitment Virtual Assistant

Let Property is one of the UK's leading property investment companies, specializing in helping investors buy, sell, and let high-return rental properties across Scotland. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment operations and help drive the team's success.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Team Manager, ensuring the recruitment process runs efficiently while maintaining high standards across the team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Team Manager with day-to-day recruitment operations
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assisting with recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives
- Ensuring quality and consistency throughout the recruitment process
- Helping improve team performance through organization, accountability, and follow-through
- Working with candidates across the UK and PH

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

- Experience working closely with a Team Manager is a big plus
- Previous experience in the contact center industry (preferred)
- The ability to work independently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- The ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills for managing interviews and maintaining accurate records
- Experience working with both UK and PH candidates

Team Lead experience is a plus, but not essential. We're looking for someone who can become the Team Manager's right hand—someone who takes ownership, maintains quality, supports the team, and helps drive results.
