Sales Recruiter (Outbound Sales & Appointment Setters)

At Phaora, we are rapidly scaling our outbound sales operations. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us source, screen, and hire top-tier Cold Callers and Appointment Setters. If you have an eye for sales talent and want a compensation plan that directly rewards the performance of the people you hire, this role is for you.
Position Overview
• Role Title: Sales Recruiter
• Location: Remote
• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities
• Source, headhunt, and recruit high-performing Cold Callers and Appointment Setters through job boards, social channels, and direct outreach.
• Review candidate resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate cold-calling skills and vocal confidence.
• Coordinate final interviews with the sales leadership team and manage the offer process.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline to ensure continuous scaling of the outbound sales team.
• Track candidate data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Sales Recruiter or in hiring cold callers/appointment setters is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to evaluate sales acumen, phone presence, and resilience in candidates.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Base Rate and Uncapped Commission: Earn a 6% commission on every closed deal resulting from an appointment booked by an agent you recruited. Based on performance, you may earn up to $2000+/month.
