This isn’t a job for a pitch reader. It’s for a trained, hungry, and battle-tested sales pro who lives for the thrill of the close and thrives in the kind of chaos that scares average people off.

We help American business owners access funding and we’re damn good at it. We move fast, we’re growing daily, and we’re bringing firepower to an industry that’s full of fluff. We’re not looking to just close sales we’re looking to build a high-performance sales machine that changes lives.

Who You Are:

You have at least 5 years of proven sales experience, selling to U.S.-based businesses

You’ve worked the phones, handled objections, qualified decision-makers, and closed deals cold

You speak fluent, clear American English — our clients are U.S. based, and you must sound like you’re one of them

You’ve got grit, urgency, and relentless follow-up energy

You’re coachable, competitive, and a continuous learner

You’ve got a system for selling — not just a nice personality

Bonus if you’ve sold business funding, working capital, MCA products, credit repair, or financial services

Who This Is NOT For:

If you avoid the phone, make excuses, or need scripts to survive — you will hate this

If you’re clock-watching or looking for base-pay security, you won’t last

If you think "follow-up" means one email and a prayer — you're not ready

If you can't handle rejection, you'll breakWe are looking for pure closers with work ethic and fire. You should be able to smell opportunity, hear pain, and close value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Closing on warm leads from our referral partners

Cold calling and following up with small business owners across the U.S.

Qualifying prospects and setting up funding specialist calls

Building pipeline and pushing deals through the funnel

Objection handling, discovery, follow-up, and consultative selling

Working fast, efficiently, and aggressively — every day

Collaborating with a fast-moving founder and team to scale a high-volume outbound engine
