JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Schedule: Must be available during Pennsylvania, USA (Eastern Time). My typical working hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST, so flexibility and overlapping availability are very important.

About the Role

I’m looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized individual to help manage products on our sales platform. This role requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, organizing data, and making sure product listings are accurate and complete.

Primary Responsibilities

* Review products and make pricing updates.
* Audit product listings and identify issues.
* Make small adjustments and corrections to product information.
* Organize and maintain product data.
* Find matching listings on other websites and provide those links so products can be properly mapped within our platform.
* Ensure products are organized, accurate, and maintained to a high standard.
* Communicate findings and progress clearly.

Growth Opportunity

If you perform well in this position, there will be opportunities to grow into a broader operations role. Future responsibilities may include:

* Building organizational systems.
* Creating schedules and workflow management.
* Assisting with business operations.
* Creating PowerPoint presentations and documentation.
* Taking on additional administrative and project management responsibilities.

* Comfortable learning new software and systems.
* Experience using Google Gemini or other AI tools is strongly preferred.

* Flexible schedule with availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
