About the role
I’m an appointment setter supporting existing students in an Amazon reselling education company. I help identify students who may benefit from additional one-on-one coaching or VA support.
I’m looking for an organized assistant who can manage follow-ups, keep my pipeline accurate, and prepare my highest-priority calls for the next day.
This is primarily a CRM organization and written follow-up role. It is not an Amazon product-sourcing job, a cold-calling role, or a sales-closing position.
What you will do
•Review student records in GoHighLevel and our custom student hub.
•Prepare a prioritized list of 5–10 qualified students for the next day's calls when enough suitable opportunities are available. Flag shortfalls rather than adding unqualified people.
•Include a brief reason for each priority, the previous conversation, and the recommended next step.
•Send approved written follow-ups and keep responses organized.
•Track people who never booked, missed appointments, or attended but did not buy. Record the reason and an appropriate next follow-up date.
•Keep contact notes, pipeline stages, and tasks accurate. Flag students who need customer support rather than a sales conversation.
•Send a short end-of-day update covering tomorrow's calls, important replies, and anything needing my decision.
We already have information about students' curriculum progress, goals, and self-reported financial readiness. You will use the available information and our qualification guidelines, not guess or pressure students.
What we are looking for
You should write clear English messages, follow through on tasks, and be comfortable organizing information in a CRM. You must be able to explain why one student should be contacted before another.
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is preferred. Experience with another CRM, customer support, appointment-setting support, or sales administration is also relevant. We can train you on our student hub and process.
You need a reliable computer and internet connection, a practical plan for interruptions, and availability for the stated schedule. You must respect student confidentiality, contact preferences, and company access rules.
You do not need Amazon reselling experience, advanced CRM automation skills, or experience closing sales.
How to apply
Use the subject line: Pipeline VA — [Your first name].
Please answer these four prompts in order. Keep your answers concise; approximately 250–350 words total is enough. Include a link to your résumé or OnlineJobs.ph profile.
1. Relevant experience: Describe one example of managing follow-ups or organizing a CRM. What did you personally do? Which tools did you use? Be clear about whether you have used GoHighLevel. If you have no direct experience, explain a comparable tracking task you handled.
2. Availability and terms: Confirm whether the stated pay and hours work for you. Give your available work blocks in Philippine time, earliest start date, and your plan for internet or power interruptions.
3. Prioritization: Student A has completed most of the curriculum, has documented financial readiness, and asked two days ago about one-on-one support. Student B has similar readiness but explicitly asked us to stop contacting them. Student C is early in the course and needs help accessing lessons. Who should go on tomorrow's sales calling list, and what would you do with the others? Explain in 3–5 sentences.
4. Send a short video on why you would be a good fit for this position.
Shortlisted applicants will receive a paid, approximately 45-minute exercise using fictional student records. Finalists will have a short call to discuss their work and confirm the schedule. No access to live student data is needed during screening.
Applications that omit the requested answers or contain only a generic cover letter will not move forward.
