We are looking for a Sales Person who is experienced but at the same time willing to learn and listen to new sales techniques.
The company you’ll be representing is a well-established catering company based in Maryland, known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service. You’ll work closely with the CEO and will be trained by her on how to win deals.
Responsibilities:
++ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
++ Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
++ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
++ Bring potential customers through the sales process and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
++ Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools
Qualifications:
>> Proven experience in sales with a strong record of closing deals
>> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
>> Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to adopt new strategies
>> Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
>> Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours
