Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Strategy & Outreach Targeting
- Research and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each service category across XCom and XCom AI
- Identify and prioritize outreach targets aligned with ICPs and strategic service offerings
- Develop and maintain an ongoing outreach roadmap
* Sales Campaign Execution (
- Use
- Connect Apollo with your LinkedIn account to enhance lead engagement and social selling
- Track, refine, and report on outbound performance metrics
* Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Handle the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, prepare proposals, and manage follow-ups
- Close deals and transition new clients to onboarding and delivery teams
* CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking within
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and propose improvements to workflows
* Sales Optimization & Collaboration
- Continuously evaluate messaging, ICPs, and outreach tactics for improved conversion
- Work closely with leadership to align sales goals with growth objectives
- Provide market feedback and insights to help shape service packaging and positioning
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (especially in tech, SaaS, digital services, or AI)
- Are highly proficient with
- Can create and manage outbound
- Have experience developing and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Are a confident closer, capable of managing the full sales funnel
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and energy — both in writing and on calls
- Are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a high-performance team
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with services like OpenAI, custom WordPress and Web Application Development and Microsoft Azure
- Experience selling custom solutions with longer sales cycles
- Background in outbound automation and sales process optimization
