ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a fast-growing UK-based software company building SaaS tools for the construction and trades industry. Our products help contractors, tradespeople, and small construction businesses win more work, manage estimates, and run their operations more efficiently. We are a small, ambitious team with a remote-first culture and big growth plans.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, organised, and confident Sales Outreach Specialist to help us grow our UK customer base. Your job is simple: find the right people, start the right conversations, and book qualified demos into our founder's calendar.

You will not be closing deals — that is handled by our UK team. Your success is measured by the number of quality demos booked with real prospects who show up.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and identify UK-based contractors, tradespeople, and construction SMEs as prospective customers
Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages
Execute cold email outreach sequences using templates we provide (with your own personalisation)
Follow up with trial sign-ups and leads who have not yet booked a demo
Book qualified demos directly into the founder's Calendly
Keep our CRM updated with accurate contact records, outreach status, and notes
Report weekly on outreach activity, reply rates, and demos booked
Suggest improvements to messaging based on what responses you get

WORKING HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
UK Times 8am - 4pm

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and spoken English — your emails must be indistinguishable from a native speaker
At least 1 year of experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Reliable, fast internet connection — please state your speed in your application
Quiet home working environment suitable for video calls
Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision
Genuine hunger to hit targets — this role is commission-friendly by design

BONUS POINTS

Experience working with a UK or Australian company
Familiarity with the construction, trades, or property industry
Experience with tools like ---------- , Lemlist, Instantly, or similar outreach tools
Background in B2B SaaS sales or tech outreach
