Sales Outreach Associate

Company: B.D. Smith Wealth
Location: Remote, Philippines
Schedule: Full-time, EST business hours
Pay: $4/hour, paid bi-weekly + uncapped commissions + monthly bonuses

B.D. Smith Wealth is a growing accounting firm led by Bri Smith, CPA. We serve business owners, professionals, and families through tax, bookkeeping, and financial strategy.

We’re hiring a Sales Associate who is well-spoken, proactive, persistent, and confident with sales calls, cold outreach, lead follow-up, phone support, and social media outreach.

This is a fast-moving role. You must be able to work with short deadlines, shifting priorities, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls and cold outreach calls
• Answer inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up with prospects
• Guide prospects toward booking or the next step
• Answer phone calls for about 1 hour per day while the Executive Assistant is on break
• Serve as a phone reliever when the Executive Assistant is off
• Perform daily social media outreach through comments, DMs, likes, and conversations
• Maintain brand voice in calls, messages, comments, and emails
• Support email outreach, lead tracking, research, and sales-related tasks
• Communicate clearly and keep the team updated

Requirements

• Fluent and confident English speaking skills
• Comfortable making cold outreach calls and sales calls
• Experience with lead follow-up, appointment setting, sales support, or client communication
• Experience with social media engagement and outreach
• Proactive, persistent, organized, and dependable
• Able to work EST business hours
• Able to handle short deadlines and multiple priorities
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Professional, warm, and values-aligned

Nice to Have

• Google Ads experience
• GoHighLevel or CRM experience
• Experience with service-based businesses, accounting firms, or financial brands

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $4/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Commissions:
• $25 per closed sale under $1,000
• $50 per closed sale between $1,000 and $2,499
• $100 per closed sale of $2,500+

Monthly Bonuses:
• $200 bonus for $5,000 in closed monthly sales
• $400 bonus for $10,000 in closed monthly sales
• $1,200 bonus for $25,000 in closed monthly sales
