Green Scholars Landscaping is a premium, rapidly growing landscaping company based in Halifax, Canada. We are looking for a sharp, driven, and highly articulate Inside Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is not a passive data-entry job. You will serve as the heartbeat of our sales follow-up and crew scheduling process, working directly with the company owners. If you genuinely love talking to people, have a warm phone presence, and have a good knack for numbers, we want you!

? WHAT YOU WILL DO
???? Warm Sales & Outbound Outreach (No Hard Cold Calling): Call back warm leads who recently requested landscaping quotes. Answer questions, handle objections with ease, and lock in the booking.

???? Estimating & Pricing: Master our pricing models to estimate mowing and small landscaping projects using online mapping and property tools.

????? Scheduling & Crew Routing: Manage, coordinate, and optimize daily routes for our field crews using Jobber to ensure maximum efficiency.

???? Billing & Team Support: Follow up on and collect outstanding invoices immediately after projects are successfully completed.

????? REQUIREMENTS
You Must Have:

Excellent Verbal English: Exceptional spoken English with a warm, clear, and professional tone. You must be comfortable speaking with senior/older homeowners.

Sharp Math & Spatial Awareness: Fast mental math. Ability to easily interpret property dimensions, square footage, and pricing charts.

Sales Background: 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, real estate wholesaling, appointment setting, or premium BPO customer service.

Tech-Savvy Setup: Experience with CRM tools. You must have a quiet home office, high-speed fiber internet, a power/internet backup solution, and a noise-canceling headset.

Nice to Have:

Experience as a Real Estate VA or a background in construction/home services.

Prior hands-on experience with Jobber.

Salary: $1,000–$1,200 USD per month (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses!

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.

Shift: Canadian Time Zone (Atlantic Standard Time / Night Shift in the PH).
