About the Company:
Angry Digital Inc. is a US-based AI technology company building Nexeo.ai — an AI Search Intelligence platform that helps digital agencies track, measure, and optimize how their clients appear in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and more). We’re a fast-moving founding team backed by real revenue from our e-commerce portfolio and owned media properties. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company building category-defining software.
The Role:
You’ll be the engine behind our sales pipeline. Our Head of Sales needs a sharp, detail-oriented operator who can research prospects, qualify leads, manage CRM data, and ensure every outreach sequence runs like clockwork. You won’t be cold calling or closing deals — you’ll be building the infrastructure that makes closing possible.
Core Responsibilities:
-Source and research prospects using
-Score and qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using documented criteria
-Enrich contact records with company size, tech stack, key decision-maker details, and their current situation
-Maintain CRM hygiene in ClickUp — update statuses, log activities, tag leads by stage
-Prepare pre-call research briefs for the Head of Sales before discovery calls
-Monitor inbox replies to outbound sequences and classify response intent (interested, objection, OOO, bounce, not interested)
-Track outbound sequence performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion)
-Assist with drafting personalized
-Maintain and update sales playbook documentation as processes evolve
-Flag high-intent signals (funding rounds, leadership changes, job postings) that indicate buying readiness
Required Skills & Experience:
-2+ years in sales operations, lead generation, or SDR support role
-Proficient with
-Experience with CRM systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
-Strong English written communication — you will draft research briefs and
-High attention to detail and ability to follow documented SOPs consistently
-Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours (minimum 4-hour overlap)
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
-Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator advanced search
-Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research acceleration
-Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, or e-commerce
Compensation & Details:
-Salary: USD $490.00–$740.00/month depending on experience
-Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
-Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start with minimum 4-hour US ET overlap
-Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
-Benefits: 13th-month pay, performance bonuses tied to pipeline metrics, clear growth path to Sales Operations Manager as we scale
