We are a growing co-living company in Los Angeles looking for someone to control and improve our sales system.
This is a hybrid role:
70% sales performance control
30% revenue support (jump in to help close when needed)
You will oversee sales metrics, enforce reporting discipline, and step in to recover leads or conduct virtual tours when necessary.

Responsibilities
• Track daily leads, appointments, show rate, reservations, and move-ins
• Maintain a simple KPI dashboard
• Cross-check CRM, calendar, and chat for accuracy
• Improve confirmation and follow-up process
• Run weekly sales performance reviews
• Jump in on hot leads and help close remotely
• Recover no-shows and pending reservations
