We are The Everyday Cleaners, a House Cleaning Company based out of Seattle, WA, USA. We coordinate cleaning jobs between our customers and our team of cleaners.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. We want someone who is goal-oriented, and hungry for success. This role offers an opportunity to level up your career and skillset, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Ideally you speak strong English, and have previous Sales & Operations Manager experience.

Starting Pay:

$125 USD per week
20 Hours per week (Wednesday - Sunday PST)
5 hours per day

Responsibilities:
-Closing inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs
-Cold call businesses, property managers, and real estate agents
-Assigning cleans with cleaners
-Handling clean operations (dispatching cleaners, confirmations, bookings, etc.)
-Track leads, conversations, and deals in our system

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sales & Operations Manager for a Cleaning Company.
- Good personality and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong english
- Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC.
