Are you a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Assistant to join our team and help manage our growing operations across Perth, Geraldton, and the Southwest. In this role, we treat our leads like gold. You will be the engine room of our sales process, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every customer receives a premium experience.
The Role: High Volume & High Impact
This is a target-driven, KPI-based role that requires high energy and exceptional multitasking. Your daily mission will include:
Lead Management: Proactively managing inbound leads from the
- High-Volume Outreach: You will be aiming to reach a minimum of 100 calls per day, alongside SMS and
- Appointment Setting: You will work toward a set daily goal of booked appointments for our regional consultants.
- Calendar Mastery: Managing complex schedules across three regions, verifying travel times for our consultants, and ensuring the right reps are in the right places.
- Inbox & Phone Management: Serving as the frontline for our regional inboxes and phones, ensuring all communications are handled within the same working day.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions in our CRM and providing daily reports to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service. If you’ve pitched or sold products before, we want to hear from you!
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Gmail/Outlook and Google Sheets/Excel. Experience with CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, or Simpro) and soft-phone systems (Zoom) is a major plus.
- Solar Knowledge: Knowledge of solar power is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Pressure-Ready: You are someone who remains calm under pressure and is confident making quick, independent decisions when needed.
- Communication Pro: You possess clear, professional communication skills, especially when liaising with customers, managers, and consultants.
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Standard Hours: Minimum of 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Break Policy: Please note that the 6-hour requirement does not include lunch breaks.
- Flexibility: We require a candidate who can be flexible and work longer hours when required (e.g. providing cover for other staff or managing high lead volumes).
Requirements
As this is a remote position, you will need:
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection (with a backup internet available)
