JOB OVERVIEW

Core responsibilities
Inbound Calls: Answer professionally, understand services, qualify leads, collect job information, and help book estimates/jobs.
Cold Calling & Sales: Call past customers, cold leads, property managers, HOAs, and commercial prospects. Follow up aggressively and professionally.
Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on open quotes, missed calls, website leads, and customers who haven’t booked.
Admin: CRM updates, scheduling assistance, customer follow-ups, data entry, spreadsheets, email, and general organization.
Video Editing: Turn raw footage into professional Reels/TikToks/short-form videos with captions, cuts, music, hooks, and branding.
Social Media: Post/schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.; write captions and keep posting consistent.
Customer Service: Handle routine questions and communicate professionally with customers.
