ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Sales & Monetization Manager to own revenue generation across Zannyworld’s digital products and merchandise.
Your mission is simple:
Turn attention into sales every single day.
This is a performance-based role with commission and growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Sales & Revenue
• Actively sell products through:
• Direct messages (DMs)
•
• Social media engagement
• Close warm leads generated by content and outreach
• Follow up consistently until purchase
???? Product Monetization
• Promote product bundles (music + merch + books)
• Run limited-time offers and flash sales
• Reactivate older music and products into new campaigns
• Help turn content (videos, series, music) into sales funnels
???? Team Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Content Manager
• Outreach Assistant
• Ads & Funnel Manager
• Provide feedback on what is selling and why
???? Tracking & Reporting
• Track daily outreach and sales activity
• Weekly reports on:
• Conversations started
• Sales closed
• Revenue generated

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
• Strong written English
• Comfortable selling and closing conversations
• Confident communicating with global audiences
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Reliable internet connection
Nice-to-Have (not required):
• Digital product sales experience
• Merch or music sales experience
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or
• Basic CRM or Google Sheets knowledge
Training will be provided. Hunger and consistency matter more than experience.

COMPENSATION
???? Base Pay:
• $175 USD per week
???? Commission:
• 5–10% commission on all sales YOU generate
