We are growing rapidly and are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our referral network and elevate our brand. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lombard, Illinois, USA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our patient referral network
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community referral sources
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns that elevate the Safe Life brand
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align marketing messaging with our care standards
- Represent Safe Life at industry events, health fairs, and community engagements
- Develop compelling content, presentations, and marketing materials

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales and/or marketing experience with measurable, documented results
- Exceptionally strong analytical and strategic thinking ability — we are looking for high performers
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills (fluent, professional-level English is essential)
- Self-motivated with a strong personal work ethic and high standards for quality
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and close deals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
PREFERRED
- Experience in healthcare, home health care, or medical/clinical services
- Familiarity with the US healthcare referral landscape
- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, or analytics software
