We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who can act as a “traffic controller” across the business—helping drive efficiency, responsiveness, and consistency in day-to-day activities.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems with limited supervision. We are specifically looking for someone with sales and marketing experience who can contribute ideas, strategy, and execution—not just follow existing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Support (40%)
• Manage and optimize
• Monitor and manage LinkedIn outreach (Copilot) and responses
• Respond to inbound leads and schedule meetings
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects via
• Maintain and update sales pipeline / lead tracker (CRM)
• Respond to and help generate Google Business Profile reviews
• Assist with blog writing, SEO optimization, and marketing initiatives

Website & SEO Management (WordPress)
• Publish and format blog posts in WordPress
• Update website pages and service content
• Upload images and optimize alt text
• Manage SEO titles, descriptions, and RankMath settings
• Assist with landing page creation and updates

Operations Support (60%)
• Act as a central coordinator / traffic controller for help desk tickets
• Assist with task board and ticket management (assignment, follow-ups, tracking)
• Coordinate hardware ordering (Dell) and vendor communication
• Schedule on-site visits, installations, and returns
• Assist with warranty returns and equipment replacements
• Generate and maintain help desk reports & performance metrics
• Maintain internal tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation

Administrative Support
• Maintain CRM records and update prospect information
• Track sales follow-ups, reminders, and activity
• Support general process tracking and internal coordination

Tools & Systems (Experience Preferred)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• ConnectWise (or similar PSA/CRM)
• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• WordPress + RankMath SEO
• Canva
• Excel / reporting tools
• Experience working with an IT services company (preferred, not required)
