Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Administrator is responsible for executing daily activities for lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing operations. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, confidence, and tenacity to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently. You will play a critical role in appointment scheduling, marketing campaign execution, and outbound prospecting to ensure our CEO and sales tea ---------- et with the right business leaders.
This role is ideal for a high-energy, organized, and results-driven individual who enjoys outbound prospecting, marketing campaign coordination, and database management.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support & Lead Management:
o Schedule and coordinate appointments between the CEO, leads, and prospective clients.
o Manage and track leads in the pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
o Qualify/disqualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
o Conduct outbound calls to introduce predictiveIT services and book business meetings.
• Marketing Operations:
o Oversee digital marketing efforts, including:
? Powered Services - AMP
? Pronto Website & Newsletter
? Pronto Monthly Blogs
? Pronto Google Ads Management
o Organize and promote attendance at marketing events.
o Execute monthly marketing campaigns.
• Lead Nurturing & CRM Management:
o Maintain a structured lead nurturing process that targets specific industries and contacts.
o Enter detailed discussion notes into the CRM system after client sales calls.
o Ensure high data accuracy in the prospect database.
• Other Key Skills:
o Graphic design and content creation (Canva experience preferred).
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
o Confidence to ask for sales appointments.
