What You will Be Doing:
Assisting our business development and marketing team
Follow up via
Create and schedule social media content and calendar
Online Presence
Design and send
Keep Google Business and Yelp pages updated
Help manage licenses and certifications
Client & CRM Management:
Input client data accurately
Admin & Finance Assistance
Pay bills, track A/R and A/P
Write and record digital checks
Other Admin tasks as needed

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Are fluent in written and spoken English
Are detail-oriented and dependable
Can work independently and take initiative
Are familiar with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), LinkedIn — or are eager to learn and be trained!
