Team Lead – Student Enrollment Group

Join a leading U.S.-based online career school that empowers students to build successful careers in Information Technology and Project Management. We are seeking a Team Lead for our Sales Assistant Group to provide daily oversight, maintain communication standards, and ensure a professional, compliant, and student-centered enrollment experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a structured, performance-focused remote environment serving U.S.-based students.
Key Responsibilities
Team Guidance & Oversight
• Provide daily direction and support to Sales Assistants
• Monitor activity levels, follow-ups, and enrollment progress
• Ensure adherence to enrollment processes and institutional standards
• Maintain high communication quality in all student interactions
Coaching & Quality Control
• Conduct call reviews and provide structured feedback
• Reinforce best practices in consultation, documentation, and professionalism
• Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Assistants
• Support team accountability and workflow consistency
Operational Support
• Coordinate with admissions, compliance, and academic teams
• Ensure enrollment documentation is accurate and complete
• Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency
• Step in during high-volume periods or escalated situations
Direct Enrollment Contribution
• Assist with consultations when needed
• Support lead management and follow-up consistency
• Maintain knowledge of IT and business certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP)
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or enrollment support
• Prior team lead or informal leadership experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills are required (both written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with U.S.-based students
• Strong familiarity with U.S. culture and communication standards
• Demonstrated ability to meet structured enrollment targets
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with IT or business certifications is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Availability Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: $1,200 – $1,800 USD per month (based on experience)
