We are a fast-scaling financial services company specializing in 0% interest business funding, generating thousands of inbound leads monthly through paid acquisition.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our closing team performance.
This role is not about theory — it is about driving revenue, enforcing accountability, and increasing close rates immediately.
You will be managing a team of closers and SDRs handling pre-qualified inbound appointments (no cold calling).
???? Core Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily closer performance
Track and improve:
Close rate
Show rate
Revenue per lead
Hold closers accountable to activity + results (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
Run daily sales huddles / call reviews / pipeline reviews
Identify underperformance quickly and take action (coach or replace)
Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and call structure
Ensure speed-to-lead and urgency across the team
Work directly with leadership to align sales output with lead volume scaling

We generate high-volume inbound leads daily
Closers are booking 9–15+ calls per day
The current bottleneck is low conversion — not lead flow

? Requirements
MUST HAVE:
Native American English Fluency (No Accent)
Proven experience managing high-ticket phone sales teams
Strong track record of improving:
Close rates
Sales team productivity
Experience with appointment-based sales (inbound or setter/closer model)
Ability to coach, enforce standards, and remove underperformers
Deep understanding of:
Call structure
Objection handling
Follow-up systems

Fully remote
U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
8am to 6pm Monday To Friday
9am to 3pm Saturday
Works directly with founders/leadership
