About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional / Sales Manager who can take ownership of the sales process from lead to close. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with warm and cold leads, following up with existing customers, managing a sales pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

This is NOT an appointment-setting role. We are looking for someone who can speak directly with prospects, close jobs, book quotes, and/or collect payments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle warm and cold leads through phone, email, and other channels
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Manage and track prospects throughout the sales funnel
Conduct sales conversations and understand customer needs
Overcome objections and confidently close opportunities
Book quotes and convert opportunities into actual jobs
Follow up on pending quotes, proposals, and payments
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
Track sales activity, conversion rates, and results

Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on sales experience
Proven experience closing sales, not just setting appointments
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable handling both warm and cold leads
Experience managing a sales funnel or CRM
Confident speaking with customers and asking for the sale
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Home Service sales experience is a strong advantage
Sales management experience is a plus, but not required
Important

We are looking for actual salespeople who can close.

This position is NOT for appointment setters or lead qualifiers who simply pass opportunities to another sales team.
