Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading and mentoring sales teams, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with other departments to align business objectives. The Sales Manager will represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Management, including designing and implementing effective sales strategies, and team leadership.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster client trust and achieve sales success.
Experience in Sales Forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to track performance and optimize processes.
Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and business development strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Previous experience in a remote work setting and a flexible, self-motivated approach are highly advantageous.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES & BOOKINGS
* Respond quickly to all inbound enquiries
* Qualify leads and recommend the right package
* Prepare and send quotes
* Confidently present pricing and close bookings
* Follow up consistently until booked or closed
* Inbound and outbound sales
PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
* Maintain a clean and accurate booking pipeline (Asana / CRM)
* Track enquiry ? quote ? booking ? payment
* Ensure no lead is ever missed
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong sales and follow-up discipline
* Confident discussing pricing without discounting
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using digital tools (Asana, CRM,
* Stable internet and reliable work setup
NICE TO HAVE
* Sales experience in photography, events, hospitality, or services
* Experience handling premium clients
