We’re The Everyday Cleaners—a growing residential cleaning company based in Seattle Washington!
We don’t clean homes ourselves—we build the machine behind it.
We connect customers with reliable cleaners, manage the entire experience, and make sure every job runs smoothly from booking to completion. Think of us as the operations and sales engine that keeps everything moving.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is Driven, Competitive, and Obsessed with Winning!

This is NOT a role for someone who just wants a job—we want someone with REAL ambition.
Someone who has that “DAWG” in them. You’re hungry, you bring energy every day, and you don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen.

The ideal candidate has experience in Sales, preferably within the Cleaning Industry, and is comfortable using tools like BookingKoala (BK), QuoteIQ (Quo), Slack, and Notion. Strong English and sharp communication skills are a must—you know how to control conversations, build trust, and close deals.

You should be goal-oriented and performance-driven, always pushing for better results and never settling for average. We value people who go above and beyond, take ownership, and look for ways to improve systems, processes, and outcomes.

Compensation:

5 hours per day
20 hours per week (Wednesday–Sunday, PST)
$100 USD per week
Performance-based bonuses for closed deals


Responsibilities

Close inbound leads and convert them into booked jobs
Build and improve sales scripts, processes, and workflows
Generate new business through outbound outreach (cold calls, partnerships, referrals)
Ensure fast response times—speed is critical in closing deals
Set accurate pricing and provide profitable quotes based on job scope
Track performance, manage the CRM, and hit weekly/monthly sales targets
Continuously test and improve sales strategies to increase revenue


Ideal Requirements:

Prior experience in Sales for a Cleaning Company.
Has that DAWG in them, has lots of energy and is excited for the opportunity.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC
Someone who goes above and beyond.
Strong English.
