Role Summary
We’re looking for a remote Sales Manager to lead a small team of closers selling our custom pedicure chair covers to nail salons in the US and Canada.
Your job is simple to say, hard to do: make sure the right sales activities happen every day, at a high standard, and turn into closed revenue.
You’ll run the daily rhythm (huddles, EODs, CRM hygiene), hold reps to clear standards, review calls, and use our existing training frameworks to coach them. Over time, you’ll take more ownership of training and hiring as you prove you can reliably move the numbers.
Responsibilities
Daily execution & standards
Run a short daily huddle: yesterday’s results, today’s targets, quick focus per rep.
Ensure reps complete daily non?negotiables: dials, follow?ups, pipeline updates, EOD reports.
Check EODs same day for completeness and accuracy.
CRM & pipeline hygiene
Keep the CRM clean: correct stages, next steps, clear notes.
Spot?check deals weekly for each rep and give feedback on notes and follow?up quality.
1:1s & performance management
Weekly 1:1 with each closer to review KPIs (sets, shows, close rate, revenue) and pipeline.
Set 1–2 clear focus points per rep each week and follow up next week.
Call reviews & coaching
Review a set number of calls per rep weekly.
Coach on script adherence, questioning, objection handling, and closing.
Run at least one group training / roleplay session per week when you own training.
Metrics ownership & reporting
Own team KPIs: dials/contacts, sets, show rate, close rate, revenue/rep, self?gen vs inbound.
Send a short weekly summary to the founder / Head of Ops with what’s up/down and what you’re changing.
People & hiring (with founder)
Identify A/B/C reps based on numbers and behavior.
Recommend who to invest in, who needs a plan, and who needs to exit.
Help interview, onboard, and ramp new reps.
Requirements
3+ years in closing roles (phone/Zoom), with strong personal performance.
1+ year managing or leading a small remote sales team (team lead, closer manager, etc.).
Comfortable running daily huddles, 1:1s, and giving direct performance feedback.
Strong English; clear, direct communication on calls and in writing.
Metrics?driven: you think in dials, sets, shows, close rate, and revenue, not vibes.
Willing and able to work US hours long?term.
Results
We’ll know you’re winning when:
Daily activity standards (dials, sets, follow?ups, EODs) are consistently hit.
CRM is clean and we can trust the pipeline at a glance.
Team KPIs (show rate, close rate, revenue/rep) are trending up and stabilizing.
Call quality improves: fewer sloppy calls, more consistent execution of our process.
New reps ramp faster and underperformers improve or are exited quickly.
Compensation
OTE(On Track Earnings)
Sales Manager(management only): $1,500 - $2,000
Sales Manager + Trainer (full scope): $1,500 - $2,500
Base
$1,200-$1,500/month USD depending on experience
Management Bonus
Up to $500/month based on team KPIs (activity, show rate, close rate, team revenue)
Training & Quality Bonus
Additional $500/month if you also own structured call reviews and weekly training, tied to hitting specific quality and coaching metrics
Meet Amvina Spa
Amvina Spa helps nail salon owners in the US and Canada upgrade and protect their businesses with custom, guaranteed?to?fit pedicure chair covers. Instead of replacing entire chairs when they look worn out, salons can refresh them at a fraction of the cost and keep clients happy.
We’re currently a multi?7?figure company with strong margins and clear demand. Our next chapter is about building the systems, people, and standards to scale toward 8 figures without losing quality. You’ll be working directly with the founder and alongside a dedicated Head of Operations as we make that jump.
Amvina Spa Core Values
We’re not for everyone. You’ll be a strong fit if:
Ownership over excuses: You’d rather say “I’ll handle it” than “That’s not my job.”
High standards: Sloppy work, missed deadlines, and vague communication bother you.
Do the boring work: You know that tracking tasks, updating sheets, and sending reminders is what actually makes companies grow.
Sincere candor: You’re comfortable giving and receiving direct, respectful feedback.
Love for order: You get satisfaction from turning chaos into clear plans and closed loops.
This role is not for you if:
You need constant direction on what to do next.
You avoid reminding or pushing people because you “don’t want to bother them.”
Night?shift US hours are something you hope to “tolerate for a little while” rather than commit to.
If you read this and think, “That’s me,” we’d love to talk.
