Position Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role is crucial for expanding our client base, optimizing our sales funnels, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You'll play a direct role in shaping our sales strategy and significantly contribute to the company's success.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who is fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable closing deals, adept at managing a sales pipeline, and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy (Primary Role)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed booking targets for all services.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closing.
Conduct high-converting discovery consultations via Zoom, articulating Candid Studios' value proposition and converting leads into booked clients.
Train and mentor future sales tea
Utilize and optimize our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on performance.
Continuously analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Represent Candid Studios with a warm, professional, and informed presence in all client interactions, in both English and Spanish when needed.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for potential clients from initial inquiry through booking.
Address client inquiries and concerns efficiently, providing accurate information and building trust.
Revenue Growth & Commission
Drive direct sales through strategic outreach and follow-up.
Earn uncapped commissions based on successful bookings and overall sales performance.
Ideal Candidate Traits
Proven track record in sales management or a senior sales role, preferably within the photography, videography, or events industry.
A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and drive results without micromanagement.
Exceptional communicator and negotiator via phone,
