We are a fast-growing, remote-first interior design and renovation coordination business serving U.S.-based residential and commercial clients (primarily NYC, Los Angeles and San Francisco). Our team supports home renovations and office fit-outs. We are hiring a Sales-Led General Manager to own revenue, team execution, and operational performance.
This is a leadership role for someone who can close deals, drive accountability, and run the day-to-day engine of the business. You will be responsible for both sales outcomes and operational delivery. This role requires strong English, comfort with U.S. clients, and the ability to work night hours aligned with EST.
You will lead discovery, qualification, and closing calls with U.S. clients, follow up proactively, maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM, and consistently hit revenue targets. You will manage workload and capacity across a remote design team, assign projects, track delivery, coach on quality and client communication, and resolve issues end-to-end. You will improve workflows, pricing, and service structure, identify inefficiencies, and help build repeatable systems so growth does not break operations. You will also act as a senior escalation point for client concerns and ensure a high-quality client experience from first contact through handoff to execution.
We are looking for someone with at least 8-10 years of experience across sales, operations, and team leadership, with direct experience working with U.S.-based clients. You should have background in at least one of the following: interior design, home renovations or construction, real estate services, office furnishings or commercial fit-outs, or a tech-enabled services business. You must be fluent in professional English (spoken and written), confident on calls, and comfortable pushing for decisions and holding others accountable.
This role is fully remote but requires a strong technical setup. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection, a quiet professional workspace, and the ability to take frequent Zoom or phone calls with U.S. clients. You must be comfortable working night shift hours to support U.S. time zones.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and operational KPIs, with strong upside for high performers. Likely $1,000 to $1,250 base, plus commissions. May start off part-time to gauge team fit.
