About the Role
Core Mind Technology is hiring for a Sales Development Internship (SDI) to support outbound sales efforts by generating and qualifying opportunities for our Sales Representatives/Closers. This role is focused on cold outreach, appointment setting, and early-stage qualification through phone,
The SDI plays a critical role at the top of the funnel—creating opportunities, booking qualified meetings, and ensuring a steady flow of prospects into the sales pipeline.
This internship will last between 16 and 26 weeks. The graduation of the internship is solely based on the intern's performance and ability to complete tasks in the amount of time allocated. There is a fast tract graduation as well if the intern generates a specific amount of revenue for the company as well
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting
- Conduct outbound calling to targeted leads
- Book qualified discovery or sales calls for Sales Representatives/Closers
- Set up an onboarding call with an interested prospect while collecting the deposit
- Engage prospects through outbound
- Respond to replies from outbound campaigns and manage follow-up conversations
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify prospects based on basic fit, interest, and readiness
- Clearly document notes, context, and next steps before passing leads to the closer
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the Sales Representative
Campaign & Outreach Support
- Act as the primary point person for LinkedIn and
- Ensure outbound campaigns are running correctly and as intended (high-level monitoring)
- Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and lead quality
Collaboration & Process
- Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives / Closers on active opportunities
- Align daily outreach efforts with sales goals and pipeline needs
- Follow established outbound and qualification processes consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong desire to succeed in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Comfortable with outbound volume calling and direct prospect conversations
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized with follow-ups, notes, and lead handoffs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or prospecting for high ticket products or service/solutions based businesses (no physical product)
- Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and outreach tools

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $200 monthly salary (paid for completing required daily, weekly and monthly SDI duties and outreach activities) {interns who fail to complete 3 weeks of tasks and requirements will not qualify for base pay}
- Paid Time off for all 18 Philippines Holidays (If all SDI activities are completed or on track)
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (If all SDI activities are on track, completed or able to be reassigned) {Unless Abused}
