ABOUT US
Quik Cabinets ( ---------- ) sells all-wood, ready-to-assemble kitchen cabinets direct to homeowners and contractors across the United States, shipping from warehouses in Washington State and Texas. We are a small, fast-growing company. The founders work 7 days a week, and we want someone hungry to grow with us – not someone who needs to be managed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. HUNT (about 60% of your time): Find and call contractors, remodelers, kitchen and bath designers, and house flippers in the US. Sign them up for our Pro trade program and send them sample door kits. Follow up until they order.
2. CLOSE: Turn quote requests and large carts ($2,500+) into orders by phone, text, and email.
3. SUPPORT: Answer customer emails and live chat about orders, shipping, and products using Shopify.
4. IMPROVE: Find better ways to do all of the above – faster lead lists, better scripts, smarter follow-ups, fewer customer problems – and make them happen.

HOW YOU WORK
- Self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to do. When you finish a task, you find the next most valuable one.
- You find answers yourself. You use AI tools (we pay for your AI subscription) plus our order system, email history, and written procedures to solve problems on your own. We will not babysit.
- You think before you act. You read the whole email thread and check the order before replying. For anything that changes an order, a payment, or a shipment, you confirm the correct way first – you never invent a workaround inside our order system.
- Creative and innovative. You constantly look for ways to optimize and improve how we sell and serve customers, and you bring us ideas with the results to back them up.

WHO WE WANT
- A hunter. You pick up the phone without being told. You follow up 5 times, not once. You get excited about hitting a number.
- Intelligent and quick to learn. You figure out new tools and products fast.
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and uses them daily to research, write, and solve problems.
- Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable talking to American contractors.
- Takes ownership. You want to be part of the team, not just finish a shift.

NICE TO HAVE
- Outbound sales or cold-calling experience with US customers
- Shopify, kitchen/bath, construction, or home improvement experience
- Experience building automations, spreadsheets, or AI workflows

SCHEDULE
- Full time, US daytime hours, 5 days a week including Saturday (homeowners plan kitchens on weekends).
- The founders work 7 days a week. Extra days are welcome and paid through commissions – not required, but people who want in on that will grow fastest here.

PAY
- $700/month base + 2% commission on orders from customers you bring in (Pro accounts you sign up and quotes you close). No cap on commission.
- AI subscription provided.
- Raises based on results.
