JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are

We are a visionary company in the short-stay space with ambitions to become the “Disney of short-stays.” Every property we touch is transformed into a one-of-a-kind experience — something cinematic, magical, and unforgettable.

Our growth is accelerating, and we’re building a team that’s relentless about execution. This role is about being the backbone of our sales and acquisitions process — the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Acquisitions Coordinator to work directly with our Director of Growth & Acquisitions.

You will:

Keep our sales pipeline moving with flawless execution.
Make sure every call is scheduled, every lead followed up, every promise tracked.
Confidently communicate with clients, agents, and prospects by phone and email.
Proactively search for new growth opportunities — from real estate listings, Facebook groups, and industry networks — and feed them into the pipeline.
Be the “right hand” to the Director, ensuring she spends all her time selling and closing while you drive consistency, ---------- ntum, and new opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Support
Schedule and confirm discovery calls, prepare notes, and handle follow-ups.
Update CRM (Copper) and spreadsheets so data is always accurate.
Draft professional, natural emails after every sales interaction.

2. Client, Agent & Prospect Communication
Call clients and real estate agents to provide updates, confirm details, or chase deliverables.
Confidently step into outbound cold calls when required (scripts provided).

3. Business Building & Lead Generation
Monitor Facebook groups, property forums, and online marketplaces for potential property opportunities.
Share promising real estate listings and potential fits with the Director.
Support real estate partner outreach by sending information, updates, or opportunities.

4. Project Coordination
Track deals as they move from first call ? design ? transformation.
Ensure internal teams deliver on promises and deadlines.
Chase follow-ups relentlessly so nothing stalls.

5. Reporting & Admin
Generate weekly sales and pipeline reports.
Maintain organized files, inboxes, and schedules.
Flag bottlenecks before they become problems.

Requirements

1. Fluent, natural English — written and spoken. Neutral or Western-style accent preferred.
2. Confident making calls to clients, agents, and prospects.
3. Experience in sales coordination, business development support, or project management.
4. Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambitious startup environment.
6 Relentless about execution — you don’t let tasks slip.

Application Instructions (Do Not Skip)

To apply, please submit:

1. Your CV / Resume
2. A 2–3 minute video introducing yourself where you cover:
Your experience in a similar role.
An example of when you had to keep a sales pipeline or project moving.
How you’ve previously hunted for business opportunities (leads, partnerships, listings).
And most importantly: If someone told you that you are about to join a company that has the aspiration to become the “Disney of the short-stay industry” — what would you say?
